TMZ has learned Larry Birkhead has filed a formal complaint against Debra Opri with the State Bar of California.
We're told in his complaint, filed June 8, Birkhead claims Opri "misappropriated" hundreds of thousands of dollars he earned from a network TV deal and won't give it back. Birkhead asked the State Bar, "Please help me."
The complaint is pending.

8. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS ASSH**E Larry Birkhead? He and Stern and Co. are hell bent on distroying this woman who so strongly advocated for him (LB) and made him out to be victim in this saga. I hope the State Bar spits in his face! He expects to get everthing free including Opri's services. What about the contract he signed? What about ARBITRATION which was part of the contract? He is just a whiny piece of no good ungrateful ...

11. So LB files a complaint AGAINST Opri, but thinks it is perfectly OK to let HKS practice law???? Why is it ok that all the drugs in ANS's system including the chloral hydrate that killed her were in HKS's name? why doesn't LB file a complaINT ABOUT THAT?

13. Larry Birkhead has his biological daughter..... He needs to be a stand-up father, go to arbitration regarding his (first) attorney's bill, determine what is a "fair" amount, and pay her so the funds can be released!
Interesting how quickly he (forgot) who prevented him from being with his biological child even after her mother's death in Florida!
