62. Opri and Birkheads constant battery and media onslaught is the reason Anna is dead today. She had been through too much and their constant threats of I'm going to get cha in the news was too much with Daniel dying, and she said everyday she woke up someone was suing her. I wonder if Larry ever feels responsible when he thinks Anna is gone. I doubt that he does because he got all he ever wanted ... $dollarlynn. Anna was down and felt the world was against her. In some ways it was. May she find the peace she so desperately needed after Daniel's passing. Birkhead is set for life and things have gone sour for opri so all is well I suppose.

65. Birkhead is getting stranger by the day. I do think his relationship with Howard is more than just "for the sake of Daniellyn, we are friends". He seems to have forgotten how Opri initially introduced him to the public airwaves. She was his best advocate and he is coming off like a whiney self serving wimp. This guy may surprise everyone in time and turn out NOT to be the great guy everyone thought. I suspect he is not geniune and have an opinion he is not necessarily interested in women, except someone like Anna Nicole, who quite frankly seem to tire of him rather quickly. Just an observation but I have reservation about this guy now.

68. I work in a law office and have been following this case from the beginning. I really think Larry is purposely getting bad legal advice from the Stern camp. He doesn't have a cahnce with the bar or at arbitration. Opri already has a victory in her favor. The court consolidated Birkhead's Fraud action with the arbitration. She has the signed contracts. Larry is toast!

Now Howard could definitely be disbarred from what I hear around the water cooler.
